Book a Place on "Dance Craze" 2011

Book now to guarantee a place on “Dance Craze 2011”.

Each child will attend the course 2 days per week in their given colour groups detailed on the About page.

If you would like to know the confirmation of your colour group prior to booking please email dancecraze@sadieflower.com. 

All you have to do is fill in a form and a member of the 'Dance Craze' Team will be in touch.
Payment methods will be detailed in reply to your completed booking form .

Full payment is £110.00 but if you book now, you may pay in two instalments of £55.00.

1st payment is due along with a completed booking form and the 2nd Payment Deadline for bookings taken from the website is: 1st June 2011.

Any Bookings taken after 1st June 2011 will be asked to pay the full amount of £110.00.

If you have two children wanting to attend the course you must fill out two booking forms.
